Caesar salad shells

Quick and easy Caesar salad shells make an excellent snack, lunch, or starter.

 12 Conchiglioni (large pasta shells).
 94 g Diced Romain lettuce.
 100 g Diced tomatoes.
 70 g Skinned, cooked and diced chicken.
 2 tbsp Shredded parmesan cheese.
 2 tbsp Caesar salad dressing.
METHOD
1

Cook shells. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain again. Blot dry with paper towels. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, add all ingredients, except cooked pasta shells and mix well.

Stuff each shell with 1 overflowing tablespoon.
