Adams apple #1

Cocktail Bar.

Please note: This cocktail is fairly strong.

INGREDIENTS
 36 ml calvados.
 18 ml vermouth.
 18 ml gin.
 2 dashes yellow chartreuse.
 1 dash lemon peel juice.
 Broken Ice (tumbler)
 1 cherry.
METHOD

Half fill the tumbler with the ice.

Add the calvados, vermouth, gin, and chartreuse. Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass.

Serve with the cherry and lemon peel juice on top.
